Week 7 BOK Poll
Miami, 5-0
Making their debut at the number 1 spot here, Miami now boasts potentially the best resume in the nation, picking up a road win in Tallahassee 28-22. Heavy, heavy favorites in the ACC now and a clear path to a first round playoff bye.
Next: BYE
Ohio State, 5-0
Suffocating. One of the many words to describe the Buckeyes these days, as they did just that to Minnesota in a 42-3 win. With Penn State in a sudden downturn, there’s probably only one team at the end of their schedule that can beat them.

Oregon, 5-0
Coming off a bye, the Ducks will host Indiana in a marquee matchup when they next take the field. It’ll be a great measuring stick game for both teams, and one with big playoff implications.
Next: vs. #8 Indiana
Ole Miss, 5-0
The Rebels enjoyed a week off and will host Wazzu out of conference before a big matchup with Georgia. We’re still not quite sure what to make of Lane’s team right now.
Next: vs. Washington State
Texas A&M, 5-0
The Aggies are beginning to look more and more impressive, this time with a 31-9 win over Mississippi State. The second half of their schedule is where they’ll be more vulnerable.
Next: vs. Florida
Oklahoma, 5-0
Michael Hawkins, Jr. stepped in for the recovering John Mateer in a 44-0 win over Kent State. Clock is ticking to Red River. Will Mateer be ready to play?
Next: vs. #25 Texas
Alabama, 4-1
Picking up another win over a ranked opponent, Alabama pulled away from Vanderbilt late for the 30-14 revenge win. The hits keep coming with a trip to Columbia next.
Next: @ #14 Missouri
Indiana, 5-0
Rested before the big one with Oregon in Eugene. Watch out for Curt Cignetti’s guys.
Next: @ #3 Oregon
Texas Tech, 5-0
It was yet another dismantling for the Red Raiders, who have now beaten every opponent this year by at least 24 points after their 35-11 win at Houston. The clear favorite for the Big 12’s playoff spot.
Next: vs. Kansas
Georgia, 4-1
The Dawgs got back on track with a 35-14 win over SEC bottom-feeders Kentucky. A tricky rivalry game at Auburn starts a difficult stretch run for Kirby Smart’s bunch including 3 road trips and hosting Ole Miss and Texas.
Next: @ Auburn
Georgia Tech, 5-0
Tech enjoyed a week off and it’s very likely they’ll reach 11-0 in the regular season before the end of year showdown with Georgia. That’ll mean a run to the ACC title game and a meeting with Miami. We deserve to get Haynes King in the playoffs, right?
